I just had my hard drive crash so i got it replaced with apple care - i backed up my system MINUTES before i went to apple, and everything seems to be in place, but the most recent i tunes is no longer on my system so it's saying it cannot load because it was saved as a newer version. i checked my music folders and everything seems to be there, but i cant get i tunes to open.

Restore the older version of iTunes and then use software update to bring it up to date.
