hi there,
I've formatted my usb stick today, and transfered some files into this usb, but this usb stick become unmount in the middle. I cannot do anything right now, including erase from disk utility, the information shows "Volume Erase failed with the error: Couldn’t unmount disk."
how can I fix this problem?

Thanks a lot

I went ahead and moved your thread to our 'Other Hardware and Peripherals' forum, as I can't see what this has to do with 'Community Suggestions and Feedback'.

As to your question, it sounds like the drive may have become loose in the USB slot while you were working with it. Make sure it's good and tight. Reboot the computer (Apple menu => Restart) and open Disk Utility and erase the drive again.

If the issue persists, I would imagine you simply have a bad flash drive.
