How do you get your browser to accept cookies? A forum I wanted to sign up for says I need to do this in order to complete the registration. Thanks in advance.

Which browser are you using? In Safari your cookie options can be found in Preferences>Privacy.

Yes, i am using a safari browser. Not sure how to do this though. Do I go under network preferences?

That means:
open Safari
click on Safari in the menu bar
click on Preferences
click on the Privacy tab
