How can I create key command to Change to Normal Style? I can do it for other styles but not Normal?

A key command to change to Normal Style in which application? Also, how about some specs? What Mac? Version of OS X?

I'm not sure you can create a key command for Normal Style in Word 2011 since that style is the default when opening a new document. I'll see if I can come up with something and get back to you if I succeed.
