Video to Ipod Classic?

Hello, I'm new around this forum but I've allways been a good Apple fan
So, I just bought the Classic, and I was wondering what is the best program to transfer videos from my iMac to the Classic.
And, if there is a best program to download youtube videos too.

Try Handbrake to convert video for your iPod.

I use the RealPlayer Downloader (It comes with RealPlayer for mac (If I am not mistaken)).However it stores the downloaded movies in .flv format which will have to be converted for iPod use.
