Cannot sync iPod Touch - Error (-39)

Whenever I try to sync my iPod Touch on my PC, I get an error code "(-39)", then the iPod restarts.

Do I have to restore it?

OK, I fixed the problem by erasing all the photos from my Touch, then resyncing them. But how do you delete this thread?
