Seems my laptop falls in the range. I have not experienced any problems with my system so far. I bought it with 1 gig ram preinstalled as part of a special the local apple stores had going. (2 512s)
If I do decide to upgrade in the future to 2 gigs...and something goes wrong...you think apple will still take care of me then? I'm talkin' 5-6 years from now. (I'm pretty sure my system will last a while... seems very well built.) I'm asking cause I'd rather not part with my mac unless absolutely necessary.
