Mac App Store "write a review" issue

When I chick on the write a review link on the Mac App Store after an App I bought, this is all I get. I can't click it to get a text box to type into.

This happens for every app I try to write a review for. Why would this be? And how can I fix it?

Not sure why you chucked this in switcher hangout, but anyway....
I just tried it, to see if perhaps it was a temporary glitch, and had no probs.

Cause it's a newbie type of question. And yeah I've tried over and over and still glitched.

I've seen this sort of thing occur when fonts Apple is expecting to be turned on by default are not activated. Are you running any kind of font-management software?
