What is config.log and target.h?

Your Mac's Specs
13" Aluminum Macbook, 5th. Gen Ipod 30 GB
Hi!

I found these in the main (self-titled) folder on my macbook and I'm not sure what they are for. And if I can move them somewhere else or removed them all together. I have a 13" aluminum macbook. Thanks in advance =)
