Problems with secondary monitor and Photoshop CS3

im currently using a 13in macbook OSX 10.4 and PS cs3, the external monitor is a 19in fujitsu and the whole dual screen layout works perfectly, except for with photoshop where the toolbars seem to have to be dragged across seperately and then the top toolbar just doesn't seem to want to move...

sorry if this topic has been covered before, appreciate any insight or help

Welcome to the Forum. Did you go into Sys Prefs/Displays and drag the Menubar to your fuitsu to make it the primary monitor? That might help.
