Automator help?

I have a set of contacts (158 to be exact) that I would like to have Automator Label each with the Company Name "ABC" (for example).

These 158 contacts are already in their own Folder within the Address Book App.

How can I do this???

im dont really use automator often but you could try

have a look round and it may be there.
