CD Won't Eject from Superdrive

I put a CD in my supoerdrive I guess it can't read, no icon on the desktop and the CD won't eject. Any way to manually get the CD to eject?

You can try the f12 key or even the apple command key and the e key pressed at the same time.

Also, if you restart it, it should ask you again.

hold the mouse button on reboot, cd will be ejected
