Using MainMenu too often??

I have a simple question regarding the use of MainMenu. I have it installed and love it. I use it pretty frequently, about two or three times a week. My question is, is it bad to run MainMenu this often? I'm worried I might be using it too much.

I run the daily script every day, the weekly script once a week so I use it at least 8 times a week. No ill effects and I've been doing this for over 18 months so I think it's safe to say you won't encounter problems.
