iphone to computer/broke screen

My iphone screen got cracked and i cant see anything...iphone still work though i can hear myself getting text msg's. Is there a way i can link it to my puter and use that as a monitor? or access my messages online? or anyway to see my messages? Do help...im just a noob.

You can take screenshots by pressing the home and power keys briefly. Once you plug your iPhone into your computer, you can access the images via iPhoto.

That would allow you to read the message, if you can pull it up.

Best thing to do would probably be to get a cheapo $40 phone somewhere for the time being and have your iPhone's screen replaced.
