Mac accounts please help.

Is there a way to get the password or change the password of the mac mini or any mac's admin account without using the CDs or knowing the admins password, and on a standard account, i need to get on the admin account but forgot the pass andonly have a guest account with standard permissions so i cant change anyhting. please help neye:

Nope.
You will have to ask the person who has the admin account if you need to make changes, otherwise you need the install media.
