Create ZIP 100 Boot Disk for PowerBook 540c?

How can I create a ZIP 100 boot disk for our PowerBook 540c? I'd like to use System 7.5 for the boot disk. We already have System 7.5.5 on the PowerBook 540c. Can I simply drag the present System 7.5.5. onto a ZIP disk, and then use the ZIP 100 disk for a boot disk?

Thanks.

If the folder in question is bootable, then copying it to zip would make it bootable also. The problem I see, is will the system boot off a zip disk. I don't recall being able to boot off of a zip drive, not to say that you can.
