Target Mode Mac connect to a PC?

Is this possible? I need to get data off a corrupted drive that I can't get fixed with Disk Utility or Disk Warrior. I only have 1 mac computer so hopefully this is possible.

Not that I know of. But you can pull the drive, connect it to a USB to SATA adapter and then connect to the Windows machine. You will, however, need a driver like MacDrive to mount it.
