Why not just ask the people who run the network at work?

they wont let me have it because its only for the people that work in the office's, i work in a factory you see and i just run the machine's. I only know of 2 people who have it, asked one but he cant remember the password and i dont feel i can trust the other guy to ask incase he tell's someone i have the password when im not suppose to. But then again he cant really do that cause it would be him who gave it to me.

It's obvious you're not supposed to have the password as it's limited to authorized personnel only. Why would you want someone to give it to you knowing that it may cost you your job and his? I'm sure you can find free WiFi elsewhere.
