eMac 1.00 GHZ vs eMac 1.25 GHZ

I realize that the eMac 1.25 is faster but I've heard of a capacitor problem with them so should I get the the eMac 1.00 GHZ or does that also have problems?

The eMac 1.25ghz was the most well known model to have the leaking capacitor issue.

Neither, pick up a 1.42GHz eMac. The fastest, and no capacitor issues.

Probably the best advice...just get the fastest eMac that was available...especially since we're talking about a 7+ year-old line of computers.

Sometimes easier said than done. But in the end you'll have the "zippiest" eMac ever!

p.s. Just don't pay too much for it...since the more you pay...the closer you may get to the value of a newer & faster Mac (unless you absolutely want & love eMac's)!
