Hi,

I connected my iphone to my computer to upload pics...Inadvertently, I told it to sync with itouch and it wouldn't let me stop it and now my iphone has itouch settings...I did have my phone on icloud but all the questions I walked through were like setting up my phone and now it's itouch....I do have everything on my ipad...

I am new to the phone and OMG!!! Someone, anyone help me get my iphone back with all my info/contacts/etc.

Thanks

So you've restored a backup from an iPod Touch onto your iPhone?

If you backed-up your iPhone prior to this in iTunes you can connect it, click restore and select the appropriate backup to restore.
or
If you backup to iCloud you can restore your iPhone to factory settings, on restart you'll be prompted to restore from an iCloud backup.
