Slow ibook

I just bought a used Apple iBook G3/600 (16 VRAM - Tr) and the videos
won´t play in QT nor the videos in youtube or in every player from the
internet.
Is this a Ram problem?
In fact it is overall slow
I´ll appreciate every insight into this matter.

The iBook G3/600 (16 VRAM/Mid-2002 - Translucent White), features a

The straight up answer is...this iBook is 10-11 years old. Nothing is going to make a 2002 computer fast (or even acceptable performance) in 2013.

And whatever version of OS it's running - it's not going to be compatible with the current version of Flash.
