"Help" Search Menu provides no information after I make a topic selection.

Has anyone had the problem where choosing an item in the topic selection of the "Help" menu shows a blank screen; that is no help info is provided. If I select "show all topics", however, then everything works as it should. Thanks in advance for sharing.

Can you be more descriptive? Which application's help menu are you referring to? Is it only one or does it happen with every help menu?
