PowerMac G4 problems - Crashing programs

I have a PowerMac G4 running OS X 10.4.11, System has 2G RAM and about 25 GB available space on it. It has 1.25 GHz processing speed. I normally run PhotoShop CS, Quark 7.1, Firefox, Suitcase, Entourage, Word and sometimes Adobe GoLive or Illustrator. Lately....And it seems like since I upgraded to 10.4.11 from 10.3...That the system gets sometimes sluggish, freezes than releases and now Photoshop, Firefox and some others are just plain crashing (quitting out)...Out of no where. What's going on? I ran Disk Warrior twice. Is there any hope for this drive? I'd really like to hang on to it if at all possible. Is there any advice to get this drive running smooth again without all the crashes and hang ups?
