Macbook Pro mid 2009 keeps crashing even after new installed mainboard

Hey guys

I got my macbook repaired last week at my local apple store and got a new mainboard. now the system keeps freezing and i cant even restart it for several times it just turns on but doesnt "burp" the cd drive, the display stays black and i have to kill it to start again. once i had this sign for bad Ram like beeping three times loudly

now i got a crash report the first time after the 10th crash

running mountain lion on a mid 2009 Macbook Pro 17 inch, 8gb of ram, 320gb intel ssd

anyone can help me reading the error message??

To me that looks like a bad contact between the processor and the socket of the motherboard. Can you bring it back for a recheck?

Member "techo91" is spot on. You've got a bad motherboard. The error is spelled out quite clearly:

Panic(CPU 0): Unresponsive processor (this CPU did not acknowledge interrupts) TLB state:0x0

As he advised, take it back to the Apple store which did the repair and show them this panic report.
