I was upgrading my macbook from 1 gig of ram to 2gigs and when i put the new ram in the notebook wont start up. the power light comes on but that is all. I tried just putting one of the new ram sticks in and used one of the old sticks in the other slot and it starts up fine and shows the proper amount of ram. It just wont start up when i install bolth new sticks of ram. any ideas on how to get it to where the new ram will work?
