Iphone Timed On and Off?

Your Mac's Specs
IMac 20" 2 GHZ 4MB, Macbook, Iphone, Ipod Touch
I just converted from a Blackberry and one feature I really liked was the ability to have the phone turn itself on and off based on the time of day and day of week.

Can't seem to find that on my Iphone - does it exist?
