no clue if this goes here.
my friend runs 3 monitors and his large flat panel tv through his video card on his pc and i was wondering if i could do something similar. i have 2 19" and 2 17" monitors i would like to hook up to my g4 quicksilver. i know there's the matrox triplehead2go which i could do 3 which would be fine i guess but it's a bit pricey. he paid around 130 for his card. any suggestions on what i could do? i need more workspace for final cut pro etc etc.
any info will help
thankyou

you need additional video cards.. I think your video card allows for 2 monitors at once, and then if you get another card you will be able to add the other 2.

The main video card in a Quicksilver would be in an AGP slot. It only has one AGP slot, so getting another card like that wouldn't work. You should have some open PCI slots, just find some PCI video card that is compatible with the G4 Powermac and you'll be good to go.
