    Question Magic Mouse
    Hi:

I have a Magic Mouse, and recently bought the rechargeable battery system for it. The batteries are charged, but when I install them, I cannot get the bluetooth connection back. Put in regular batteries, and all is fine.
    Your help, please!!

    Specs:
    15" MBP, Core i7/2GHz, 8GB RAM, 480GB Crucial M500 SSD
Did you fully charge the batteries prior to installing them? When you're trying to connect, have you tried holding the mouse button down for about 10 seconds?
Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

    Specs:
    iMac i5 2.7GHz, 16GB memory, OS 10.10.5
For what it is worth never had a good run from rechargables. Found Energizer Lithium the best.
Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

Yes, I'd tried that! No luck. Thanks anyway.

I'm with Harry, when I got my Magic Mouse I switched over to rechargables and they worked and all but didn't seem to work for as long as the regular AA's..I don't even use any fancy AA's, just the regular ones I get from my wholesale club and they easily last me about 4-6 months on the mouse, and almost 10 months on the keyboard..
