Unless your parents have direct access to log into your Mac when you're not there.
I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.

I'm going to guess that if someone put this on your machine, they most likely have a good reason to do so. Can you elaborate on the reason you need to do this?

i don't know if its a good reason to interfere the life of others by monitoring the emails and other stuffs... i'm suspecting my parents but even them, they don't right to hack my emails. if i cant detect the SniperSpy, hopefully it will be gone if i reformat it

Well unfortunately, if you're under 18, using a computer they bought you, or living in their house, they have the right to do whatever they want.

Now whether they should or not is open to debate, not whether they have the right to do so.

What makes you think that this was installed? Why not just ask her?
