Legality aside, is it possible to install a legally purchased copy of OS 10.4 onto a PC (windows pc) if it has an Intel processor? a coworker mentioned it was possible, since I have an intel core 2 duo processor. the reason being that I was going to buy a mac mini for the heck of it (I'm a Windows/Ubuntu Linux user), but there's no point in buying an overpriced Mac if I can get it to run on my PC, which is more than twice as powerful hardware-wise than the Mini.
thanks in advance

No, it isn't.
And there is no "legality aside" here.
