why and how do l get rid of the window that always appears

in one of my user accounts in my MBPR?
it says "iMessage Password please enter your password for *****@yahoo.com" ??
there is a 'Mail' linked to my yahoo address, would using this mean l can attach large attachments? >100MB?

I don't think that's what it means.

I suspect that the iMessage app is trying to sync with the yahoo message server and there is a password issue. I sometimes get a similar message when some locations such as business office block the protocol which is used for messaging

thanks John, what is imessage app? l dont need this syncing l don't think. so how can l get rid of it?

The 'process name' in the activity monitor, doesn't even appear, otherwise l'd just force it to quit.

The app is actually named "Messages" and is a part of OS X. If you don't want it to sync to your yahoo account, open Messages/Preferences/Accounts and disable the Yahoo account.
