Uninstall Safari

Safari is an internet browser application. It has no relationship to the operation of your internet.
If you use an alternate internet browser application (like Chrome or FireFox)...everything will work fine.

Just leave Safari in the Applications folder and use what you wish.

As you were told above, your internet connection will work just fine without Safari. However, do not uninstall Safari as you stated. Leave it where it is.
