Profile Manager - Not Showing all Users

Hi Everyone,

I have a strange issue where my profile manager web interface is not showing all users that are on the server.

The issue is coming from a group that is from Active Directory. I have a group called Staff with about 100 users in it and on the Server App I can see all those users; however, on the profile manager web interface the Staff group is only showing 79 users.

I have tried to installed all the updates (hoping for a fix or patch). I have pressed the refresh button on the Users and Groups page but no luck.

A little bit more info:
Running OS X 10.9.2
Server App is the latest
Mac Mini Server

Any help would be great

Ok so I ended up phoning Apple Support and getting it sorted out, but for the interested user here is Apples solution.

Because the groups that I have in my Server App are from Active Directory, sometimes Profile Manager does not read all the users correctly and problems happen...

To fix this, create a "Network Group" in Open Directory and add the Active Directory users into the Open Directory group and then they appear in Profile Manager.

So I have a group called Staff from AD with all users showing in the Server App, a group called StaffOD with all users showing in Profile Manager.

Strange, but it works...
