Keychain Problem

Why does Apple Mail repeatedly ask for the password to one of my mail accounts? I have enabled the Save Password to Keychain dialog, but the password is never saved. Thanks in advance.

That might be a problem with your ISP. I have that problem sometimes with one of the accounts provided by my ISP. It may work fine for weeks at a time then suddenly ask for the password several times in a row.

BTW you did make sure that the password you entered in Keychain was correct right?

Yes, the password in the Key Chain is correct. I'll see if the ISP can offer a solution.

What you might want to try if your keychain info is correct.... Is access your account via the web site of your ISP, change the password to your account, and then go back to mail and make the same change there. That will update the keychain and also update your ISP info at the same time. If that doesn't work, you likely have other problems.
