I have 2 Gmail accounts in Mail. Yesterday I sent an e-mail from one of the recipients, after receiving the reply, the reply e-mail has got the sender as being from the other account. So it´s in the inbox of a different account I sent it from. I have noticed this wash´t the 1st time this happened; why ? How do I eliminate this from happening ?
The 1st time I noticed this I thought, maybe I didn´t switch accounts when writing the new message, but no, it´s some kind of bug.

What version of Mail? On my 7.1 Mail under Mavericks, when I compose an email the FROM line is a box which I can select. In it is the default FROM address as set in Preferences under the Composing tab. I have two accounts, but in Preferences there is only one setting for FROM preference. However, the FROM address can be changed by clicking in the address box and selecting a different sender. It's not a bug, it's how it works.

I´m using 7.1 under Mavericks too. I know what you´re saying, in the preferences I have selected "Account of selected mailbox". When I wrote the message I selected the recipient I wanted it sent from (and in this case I had to be absolutely sure of it !) and the received message was in the inbox of the other account.
Is it possible to tag the accounts with colors ? Or the headers when I open a new message window ? Maybe some add-on for this, cause I do like Mail.

Let me make sure I understand what you say is happening. You have two accounts, A and B. When you send an email from A to anybody, it ends up in the INBOX of B, not the Sent Mail of A. Is that what you are seeing?

When I send from my account A to anyone, it ends up in the SENT mail of account A, every time, never in the INBOX of B.

Yep, that´s what´s happening. Not frequent, not always, but sometimes. And this last time I was definite sure of the account I was using when selecting the drop down menu.

In your original post you said
Yesterday I sent an e-mail from one of the recipients, after receiving the reply, the reply e-mail has got the sender as being from the other account. So it´s in the inbox of a different account I sent it from.
Then you said
When I wrote the message I selected the recipient I wanted it sent from (and in this case I had to be absolutely sure of it !) and the received message was in the inbox of the other account.
Those appear to be two different problems. In the first one of two things could have happened: 1) Although you say you sent from A, you actually sent from B, or 2) the recipient of your email didn't "reply" but "forwarded" and used you address from B. I have one person who does that all the time. No matter where I send the email FROM, he always responds to one address that he knows. He never uses "reply" he uses "Forward" and picks my name from his address book.

The second problem is more perplexing. SENT mail should never appear in the INBOX anywhere except on the recipients system, never the sender, unless you add yourself as a CC or BCC addressee. Do you have any rules for handling mail that may be causing this to occur?
