How are you guys scanning with OS X.9?

Software Update not available for an Epson TX550W and Image Capture does not scan a full page?

I've been using VueScan for a long time, it supports my Epson 4990, Minolta Dimage 5400 slide scanner and an old HP USB powered scanner. I first bought it to use with my Sprintscan 35 (now long gone) after Polaroid stopped supporting it. It supports most scanners, old and new, and it's useful working with a common interface with multiple scanners.

+1 for Vuescan. I've got the pro edition and it's worth it. Using it on my HP Scanjet G3110 for which they don't have 64 bit drivers but it works fine in 32 bit.

Found an update to version 3.76 on Epson Australia's web site and all is well thanks guys. Surprisingly Apple have not included this in Software Update as Epson released it back in November 2013.
