evertime i start up i have to select a network
Everytime I restart my macbook pro I have to go to network preferences and select my network to gain internet access despite having set eveything up already. It is frustrating and I would really appreciate it if anyone could suggest a solution. I am new to MacForum so I hope I posted this in the right place. Thank you

    Specs:
    iMac i5 2.7GHz, 16GB memory, OS 10.10.5
G'day and welcome to the forums.

    Well what operating system?

    Is Location set to Automatic?

Under Advanced what appears in network name?

    is 'Remember Networks Joined' selected?
Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

Highlight namelessbird in Network Name under Advanced. if no joy try going into the browser address and setting up agian.
