Hi I still have not found out why I can't copy/cut/paste from my Clipboard. The reason I needed to do so was I couldn't connect to the VPN I was using. They sent me my money back because they weren't willing to help me. I joined another VPN and they were brilliant. For anyone that may be having trouble connecting their Mac to a VPN this is what they gave me and it worked:
Hello Jerry,
"Thanks for contacting support.
Many times connection issues such as this are related to either IPv6, or the MacFirewall being too restrictive.
V28 of our software of course takes this increased support and adds it into the PIA Application. This creates issues for us as the Gateways do not support IPv6, as the IPv6 is not properly tunneled, so we recommend disabling it.
1. Click on the Apple in the upper left corner
2. Click on System Preferences
3. Click on Network (icon)
For each item on the left, do the following:
4. Click Advanced (button, bottom right)
5. Click on TCP/IP (tab)
6. Set "Configure IPv6" to "Link-local only" or "Off" (Depending on your OS version)
There's a known bug in the internal MacOS firewall (that Apple still hasn't fixed), which blocks all secure UDP traffic, even if you add exceptions to allow it (thus, the bug). To disable the internal firewall, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Apple in the upper left corner
2. Click on System Preferences
3. Click on Security and Privacy (icon)
4. Click on Firewall (tab)
5. Disable the firewall
Please note there's a firewall built into our app to compensate for this, so as long as you have our app running (not necessarily connected, but at least running in your taskbar), you're still fully protected by a firewall. Let us know if you are still experiencing issues after this.
Thanks,
