I was running OSX 10.6.8 until a few days ago on my Mac Mini, but then I purchased, "Dragon 3" for Mac as it said my operating system was compatible with it on their website. When my software arrived and I attempted to install, it said I had to update my OSX... Long story short, I upgraded to OSX 10.8.2 and now all my iTunes playlists are gone and whenever i connect my iPhone it wants to erase all my data/music on my phone. How can I recover my playlists and get my phones back in sync with my computer without losing data/music? I've always kept my iTunes library on my backup drive and was able to transfer the actual music/podcasts/movies back into iTunes but the playlists I can not find. Any suggestions???
