Follow the instructions here.

Before you do that though, can I ask why? There's generally little reason to do this and you risk deleting/editing something you shouldn't.

no problems , i'm using sibelius and in .HD >applications support > Avid > sibelius 7
there is hidden folder , la preferences house style / plugins/ configurations / preference manuscript paper
and i would like to delete , somes housestyle ,configurations and manuscript paper .

why do they hidde folder i do not see the point ?

To prevent people from fooling around where they probably shouldn't be tinkering. Take for instance the /usr folder. I'd guess that 99% of Mac users don't even know it exists or, if they do, have absolutely no need to interact with it directly. However, significant damage can be done if you start editing certain parts of /usr.
