MAC OS Pro 10.6 USB port

Hi,
I have been trying for the last few days about how to temporary disable usb port on my MAC Pro OS version 10.6.4.

What i have to do i want to disable the usb port of my Mac when i am not using the pc and again want to enable the port when i want to use the port's.
