Transfering my macbook pro HDD to SSD~~

So i know that install a ssd into a macbook is simple.
But what i have in my HDD, is my microsoft word, Window partition, and so on..
So, How can i transfer completely EVERYTHING to my ssd?
And if there is a way, is that good or there might be some problems?
I really need help with this.
