This is trivial but annoying. Only in Lion has this happened. I open a file in Edit or an image in Preview, I sometimes get a message that "the file hasn't been used in awhile. Do I wish to unlock it?" Huh?? Some are files only a day or two old. Some of the image files were created that day with screen print.

Anyway to get rid of this?

No, that's because Lion now supports "versions". Any application that complies with that will give you the same dialog. (Pages, TextEdit, etc.)

Thanks. I've had about 4 issues with Lion I've posted here without replies. Went to the Genius Bar and only advice was to reinstall, something I want to avoid at all costs. But I see another trip in my future. That last major upgrade would only download 1/3 then freeze. Now the upgrade has disappeared from Software Update.
