Find another user's password without changing it?

I'm trying to monitor my son's activities on the computer, but I do not wish to appear nosy. Is there a way I can find his password to log in and check his account without changing his password? I'm afraid he knows this computer better than I.

If you want to know his password you have to ask him, or guess ...
If you already have administrator rights on the computer you could open up keychain access (its in the utilities folder). There somewhere you are able to see the password in plain text if you authenticate.

No offense, but you are unlikely to get much positive response asking how to hack someone's account with your first (or even 100th) post.Never judge a man, untill you have walked a mile in his shoes...
That way you'll be a mile away from him, and you'll have his shoes.
