Wiping my system out

Hi,

I am interested in wiping out my macbook and reinstalling Snow Lepoard on it.
I have the disks, I was just wondering if someone can give me step-by-step directions.

Your Mac's Specs
2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
Boot the machine with your Snow Leopard DVD, select language, exit install, click on top menu Utilities, Disk Utility. Highlight the drive on the left side, select erase on the right side. Format using Mac OS Extended Journaled, GUID scheme. Name the drive "MacIntosh HD" (no quotes).

Continue with the install of Snow Leopard.

Warning: All your data will be lost. Make sure you have a backup before starting.
