There's an unwanted icon on my Finder Sidebar that I can't get rid of.

I'm sure the solution to my problem is really simple, but I couldn't find a thread where someone would've mentioned of having a similar problem so I figured making a thread is justified.
On my Finder Sidebar there's an icon to play a song. The icon does not work and for some odd reason, it doesn't appear when I open sidebar preferences. I want to get rid of the icon, but I'm unable to trash it or move it. I can 'grab' it and move it around, but can't 'put' it anywhere.
The icon got on my sidebar when I accidentally dragged it there while copying files from an external hard-drive.
Any ideas on how to get rid of the icon are appreciated.

Try re-connecting the external. Then drag it off the sidebar.I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
