HI guys, i need you help regarding this :

I got a macbook laptop newly and I tried to install a newer version of OS than the one i had leopard 10.4. Apparently the version i got ATKOS S3 v2.0 - Snow Leopard 10.6.3 is not compatible with mac hardware so I can only boot in safe mode otherwise it goes into a loop crashing after the apple icon it gives the "please reboot hold the start button for a few seconds message".

Unfortunately, it's very difficult to get support for Mac where I live so I can only try to get this problem fixed online.

thank you in advance

Leopard is not 10.4 it's 10.5. If you have 10.4, you have Tiger. What kind of Snow Leopard disk are you using? If you have Tiger installed, you can not update it with the Snow Leopard upgrade disk, instead you will need the full retail boxed version.
