Cannot connect to wireless internet!

Please help me!!

I cannot connect to wireless internet. I have a Mac OS X. My other computer (also a Mac) is able to get internet service, but the Mac OS X cannot. It is only able to access internet when plugged directly into the modem.
My router is Airport.

I would greatly appreciate any help. Please keep in mind that I am horrible with big computer terms, so simple language is very helpful!

What is the difference between the two different Macs? Eg iMac, Macbook, Mini etc

Are you sure that the one that cannot connect has an Airport Card installed?
