    Updating old software.
    Hey,

I'm a new member and its good to see a good active mac forum out there.

I purchased a slightly used Mac G3 iBook which came with Mac OS 10.0
( i believe its 10.0, is there anyway to check..thtas my first question )

Also since this computer has not been used for a while and will need updates is there anyway to update my software from 10.0 to like 10.0.5 or something, and if so where can i find those downloads.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

To check what version, just choose "About this Mac" from the Apple menu.
The window that pops up will tell you what version of the OS you are running.

If you want to search for any updates, just choose "Software Update" from the Apple menu and it will search for any updates available.

You can take it up to 10.1.5

As for MSN, I am not sure. I always just used AIM.
