My problem removing a Word trial, in order to properly install the 08 Word disc was solved with cleanapp. Appzapper was recommended, but in my research, I found more people 'believed' in cleanapp, so anyway, it worked. See my post a few days ago "G5 word problem" if interested. Thanks to this forum for essentially solving my very annoying problem. Glad to be a member!!
